By purchasing a digital product from Dreampro LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “User”) agree to the following legally binding Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all digital products including, but not limited to, courses, templates, toolkits, downloads, and related content.

1. All Sales Are Final
All digital product purchases are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. By completing your purchase, you receive instant access to the product and waive any right to a refund, including for reasons such as:

Changing your mind

Lack of use

Accidental purchase

Dissatisfaction with the content

This policy applies regardless of whether the product has been accessed or downloaded.

By purchasing, you agree that no exceptions will be made and you waive your right to initiate a chargeback.

2. Instant Access Waiver (EU/UK Compliance)
In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are located in the EU or UK:

You explicitly request immediate access to the digital product, and

You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is granted.

This waiver is confirmed via checkbox at checkout and is legally binding.

3. Delivery of Products
All products are delivered instantly via email, link, or secure portal. You are responsible for providing the correct email address and ensuring you can access the platform.

We are not responsible for access issues caused by:

Incorrect or misspelled email addresses

Spam or inbox filters

Blocked domains or firewall settings

If you experience a delivery issue, contact us within 72 hours of purchase at hello@wearedreampro.com.

4. Intellectual Property & License of Use
All content—including videos, text, templates, PDFs, frameworks, images, and code—is the intellectual property of Dreampro LLC and is protected by copyright law.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product

Claim it as your own work

Use it for commercial resale or client delivery without express permission

Use any part of the product to train or develop artificial intelligence (AI) models

Upload or host the product on public forums or content libraries

Your license may be revoked at any time if these Terms are violated.

We actively monitor misuse and will pursue legal action for infringement or theft.

5. No Guarantee of Results
We make no guarantees of:

Specific outcomes, business success, or financial gain

Fitness for a particular purpose

Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences. Results depend on many factors including your effort, implementation, and market conditions.

You acknowledge that your use of the product is at your own risk.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase is a violation of these Terms. You agree to:

Contact us to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback

Allow us to present proof of purchase, access logs, and your acceptance of these Terms in any dispute

Forfeit all access to our products and services if a chargeback is initiated

Be responsible for any legal fees or damages we incur as a result

We reserve the right to report chargeback abuse to relevant platforms or legal authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreampro LLC is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Any loss of profits, revenue, or data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by our fault.

8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted publicly and apply immediately to new purchases. It is your responsibility to review the latest version before buying.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to this jurisdiction.

You are responsible for complying with any local laws in your country when accessing or using our products.

10. Prohibited Use
You may not use our products:
